Position Description: Automotive Technician/Mechanic
Location: Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia

We are seeking a qualified and experienced automotive technician/mechanic to join the team at our client's workshop in Queensland on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fault diagnosis
• Perform wheel alignments
• Carry out general repairs of suspension and steering components
• Execute brake repairs
• Install moderate electrical components, including towbars
• Liaise effectively with customers

Requirements:

• Strong willingness to learn
• Preferably experienced as a Mechanic and/or Brake Technician
• Basic experience in wheel alignment is an advantage (not essential)
• High attention to detail
• Full driver’s license
• Ability to work well within a team

Compensation:

• $73K- 80K base salary plus superannuation and overtime
• Annual income for a standard 38-hour week, excluding superannuation, ranges from $73K to $80K per annum, commensurate with industry rates, skills, and experience

• Compliance with Fair Work Australia National Employment Standards
