A well-known Italian restaurant in Noosa Heads is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of house Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their dynamic team. Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager 

Location: Noosa Heads, QLD

Starting Time: Mainly evening & night shifts

Schedule: 45 hrs per week

Pay Rate: $1,750 per week Plus Super & OT 

 

 

Your key duties 

• Oversee and manage daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Support the Restaurant Manager in staff training, scheduling, and overall team performance
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and overall restaurant appearance
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

 

 

What you’ll need to succeed 

• Previous experience in a similar managerial role in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in fine dining is highly desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• A passion for customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• We are also open to considering experienced senior wait staff who demonstrate leadership qualities and dedication to hospitality.
