About the Role: Are you an ambitious appointment setter / sales consultant eager to progress your career in sales support and sales? As an Appointment Setter, you’ll play a vital role in our business by setting appointments for our Client Relation Specialists to discuss the right support and strategies with business owners or management.

Key Duties:
- Make calls daily to prospective clients from both self-sourced and provided leads.
- Set appointments with businesses to discuss our migration and employment services.
- Build strong rapport with clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversions and hit performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and potential sales opportunities.
- Our reception performs an appointment setting client service role and there will be a need to cover lunch and leave for that role.
