You’ll handle and triage user support enquiries, contribute to product testing, and assist with training activities—all while working directly with senior technology leaders and key business stakeholders. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Application Support: Provide first and second-level support for a Freight Management System, resolving technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Incident & Ticket Management: Manage, triage, and escalate support tickets as needed, maintaining clear communication with users throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with technology leaders to understand system workflows and key business processes from both technical and operational perspectives.
  • Product Testing: Support system testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identifying bugs, logging issues, and verifying fixes.
  • User Training & Documentation: Assist in delivering training sessions and creating support materials such as FAQs, user guides, and how-to documents.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues, suggest process improvements, and contribute to enhancing system performance and user satisfaction.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–4 Years of Experience: In application support, technical support, or a related role where you’ve handled user queries and system issues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify root causes, troubleshoot effectively, and implement practical solutions.
  • Clear Communicator: Able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: Skilled at managing multiple priorities, tracking issues, and ensuring tasks are followed through to completion.

  • Proactive & Self-Motivated: You take initiative, ask questions, and aren’t afraid to tackle new challenges head-on.
  • Bachelors Degree / Tertiary Education: Business Information System, Information Technology, Computer Science and related degrees are desirable

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Experience with ticketing systems like JIRA.
  • Tertiary Education
  • Exposure to Agile frameworks, system testing, UAT, or QA processes.
  • A background in logistics, SaaS platforms, or enterprise system rollouts.
  • Basic understanding of APIs or system integrations (a plus, but not required).
