We are looking to hire Appian Developers for permanent positions for hybrid work. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives. You must provide a high level of Programming skills.

Qualifications/Personal Attributes:

• At least 5+ years' experience as a Appian Developer
• Ability to manager stakeholders - Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage business requirements - Requirement Management 
• Business process definition
• Must have experience in APPIAN
• Ability to perform under pressure (need to keep a cool head)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (dealing with the business directly) 
• Able to start immediately or ideally within 4 weeks
