You will have general kitchen experience and either a desire to learn or experience in woodfire oven pizza, bbq, pastry, pasta. Other requirements are:

• A minimum of either 3 years working in a kitchen or Cert III
• Food, health, safety knowledge
• Creation of and adhering to, prep lists
• Ability to maintain consistency throughout busy services
• Desire to learn new skills/areas of kitchen
• Maintain hygiene standards
• Knowledge of or desire to learn culinary techniques and trends

Our area is roughly 1.45 hours southeast of Melbourne. It is extremely high volume in the summer months, due to several tourism destinations nearby. 

Our company owns a bakery, restaurant and pantry. Sponsorship available if required.
