WesTrac are on the lookout for a motivated Administrator's to join our South Guildford Hydraulics team on a part-time school friendly hours basis !!

In this role, you will work as part of an administration team to deliver top-notch administrative support to the branch. Your duties will include handling purchase requisitions, overseeing the purchasing process, managing time capture reporting, organising work scope books, maintaining archives, and ensuring compliance with WesTrac policies. You'll also take charge of training requirements, oversee safety and contamination control audits, and foster positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

We're seeking a self-motivated individual with keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effortlessly. A problem-solving mindset and a focus on the bigger picture are essential.

Location: South Guildford, WA

Roster: 4:3 Mon - Fri, 8 or 6 Hours per day

To be successful the following is required:

  • Relevant administrative qualification at tertiary level or experience working in a similar role
  • Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Experience using SAP
  • Effective communication skills including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues and expressing oneself clearly
  • Customer service orientation
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in different environments and with diverse tasks and people
  • Stress tolerance and the ability to maintain satisfactory work standards under pressure
