Marketing Assistant

• Assist with digital and print marketing campaigns
• Content creation and social media management
• Update website 
• EDM content and management
• Mail drop content creation
• Design marketing collaterals and send them off to print
• Provide reports to management
• May require carrying out duties offsite and occasionally on weekends such as promotional and sales launch events
• Other duties as required
  
   

Qualifications and Abilities

• Strong organisational and time management skills 
• Ability to prioritise and multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality work
• Fast learner with a ‘can do’ and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written skills 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and basic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
• Adapt to changing work requirements and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team culture and work ethic
• Professional presentation
• Current WA Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
• Real Estate experience is desirable
• Proficient with Mandarin Chinese is desirable
