The Role

As an Associate Accountant, you will take on more responsibility and lead various client projects while continuing your CA journey. This role will give you the opportunity to develop technical expertise, foster client relationships, and contribute to the success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Tax and Compliance: Manage the preparation of tax returns, financial statements, and compliance for individuals, businesses, and trusts.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and analysis for key clients.
• Client Management: Build strong client relationships, delivering high-quality advice and support.
• Leadership: Support junior team members, offering mentorship and sharing your expertise.
• Learning & Development: Stay current with accounting standards and regulations while working closely with partners on more complex client needs.
• Software Use: Utilise accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks to deliver efficient and effective services.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to tax and compliance work.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with accounting software and an eagerness to deepen your technical skills.
• Current enrolment or a strong interest in the CA program.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both clients and team members.
