Successful and enthusiastic owners - currently looking to add a seasoned 2IC Venue Manager to oversee this higher end food and beverage focused venue. With a focus on quality this is a great opportunity to manage all operations and put your food and beverage knowledge to the test.

The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, this role needs a hands on professional that is food and beverage service focused to take control of this great venue. With a reputation for guest service and ensuring the best product is offered, this role will offer both challenge and reward.

You:

• Previous experience as a Venue Manager in a higher volume, food and beverage focused venue
• Knowledge of all operations including F&B, DJ's, live entertainment, compliance and dealing with licensing is necessary.
• Knowledge of current food and beverage trends, premium wines and liquor as well as knowledge of culinary styles is needed in this role.
• Fantastic all around knowledge of operations, reporting, budgets and forecasting
• Are a true leader, not just a manager and dictator
• Have a passion for the industry and never settle for the mediocre
• Above all, you love your career and the people in it and want the opportunity for growth and challenge
